On Sunday, June 20th, Mac got his first taste of real lure-coursing! He was the only Rhodesian ridgeback there, but he had a great time and he definitely found his calling in life! We will be adding pictures throughout the summer, because we're DEFINITELY doing this again!!

Cheater bites the line
This is one of the later runs, after he'd figured out the game to the point where he could cheat!! He tried to head the lure off by cutting a curve of the course, then he tried to come at the lure from the other way. Lauri beat him to it and stopped the lure so it never got to him, and Mac got mad and bit the line!! Funny!
Kills the lure
This is of the very last bit of a run where the lure was slowing down, and Mac caught it at the end and grabbed a little bite! He ran off wagging his tail after that one :)
