For Easter, we all took a trip out to Missouri to visit Julie, Adam, and the new puppy Zeke.
They had a great time playing together in the backyard.
They all shared their toys...
and Becker and Mac showed Zeke how to play tug.
Zeke thought that was pretty cool, and he jumped right in!

When we got back to Illinois, spring was in the air!
The tulips are all coming up
And Becker and Mac are glad to finally have some green grass to run around in!
I can't imagine what we'd do with these guys if we didn't have the backyard.
We're starting to think that Mac might have a future in lure coursing...
And that Becker might have a future in being the lure!
The only problem is that Becker actually enjoys being caught. I guess it's all part of the game.

And once again it's the vizsla in the lead, with the ridgeback in hot pursuit...
Looks like Mac's done for a while, but Becker's still up and running.
But pesky little Becker can always lure his older brother into one last game of chase...
But somewhere along the way Mac persuaded Becker to go for a calmer sort of game--a nice quiet game of tug.
